BECOMING A REAL ESTATE SALES PERSON
To become registered in Ontario, you must successfully complete all
three phases of the Real Estate as a Professional/Career program
within 18 months from the start date of Phase 1. For Real Estate Careers in Ontario please Click Here
Phase 1 - Phase 1 introduces students to the benefits and limitations of
a real estate career.
Course Completion: Correspondence or online over a 30 day period
or less.
Phase 2 - This phase examines a number of statutory laws, rules
and regulations that impact real estate transactions.
Course Completion: Correspondence or online over a 60 day period
or less or 60 hours classroom instruction.
